What is IV hydration?
- IV Vitamin hydration or vitamin therapy is the administration of vitamins and nutrients directly into the bloodstream.
- With oral supplementation, you only process approximately 20-40% of the nutrients after filtering through your digestive system.
- IV therapy provides increased cell absorption and 100% bio-availability of vitamins via IV infusion, as the digestive system is bypassed.
Do I need blood work prior to an infusion?
- You do not need blood work to receive an infusion. However, we are more than happy to collaborate with your primary care provider if you suffer from vitamin deficiencies.

How often can I receive an infusion?
- IV infusions can be given twice a month for one month and then monthly for preventative health and wellness.
- In the event that you are vitamin deficient, not feeling well/have a stomach bug, or a rough night, we can infuse more often as needed.
- More frequent infusions can be discussed with the provider on a case by case basis as all care is individualized to meet your needs.
How long do the infusions take, when will I feel the effect and how long will it last for?
- It takes approximately 20-30 minutes to infuse a half liter (500cc) bag and 30-60 minutes for a full liter (1000cc).
- Effects can be felt approximately 1-3 hours after.
- While everyone metabolizes vitamins differently, effects typically last 1-3 weeks.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Discounts are applied to every member of the group and apply to infusions only. NAD and boosters excluded.

If I am pregnant or breastfeeding, can I infuse?
- We are more than happy to infuse our pregnant and breastfeeding clients! We know how difficulty hyperemesis gravidum can be!
- We kindly ask that you speak with your provider (OB/midwife/Primary Care Doctor) regarding your infusion of choice and provide us with a written consent to infuse.
