Jenn Plescia, aka The Jersey Needle Ninja, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Family and Emergency Nursing Practice from Rutgers University. With over a decade of experience in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care, Jenn witnessed firsthand the growing need for a more proactive, holistic approach to health—leading her to the formation of IVs by the Seas.

Jenn is passionate about treating the whole person, uncovering the root causes behind both health and aesthetic concerns, and helping clients feel and look their best from the inside out. When she is not treating patients, she is likely attending conferences through out the country to give her patients the best results! Beyond her clinical work, she’s a dedicated educator, teaching providers across the country how to safely and effectively incorporate IV therapy into their practices.

Outside of her professional life, Jenn is happily married, a proud mom to two beautiful girls and her beloved fur baby, Guinness. She’s known for her love of red wine, cheese, and her famous Chicken Parm, and she enjoys cooking, surfing, traveling, and dancing the night away with her girlfriends.
